Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Standard UK delivery takes two to four working days from dispatch. Express options are available at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two working days of receipt.

We currently deliver across the UK. International shipping is not available at this time. Check back for updates.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Products must be in their original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving the returned goods. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

No. We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals, and we do not work with suppliers who do.

All our formulations are developed and manufactured in the UK, working with specialist cosmetic chemists who share our standards for ingredient quality and sustainability.
