When is my card charged?

Your card is charged at the point of placing your order, not at dispatch. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will issue a full refund promptly.

Can I use multiple payment methods?

Why was my payment declined?

How does Klarna work?

Klarna allows you to split your order into three equal, interest-free payments taken over six weeks, or to pay 30 days after your order. Klarna performs a soft credit check at checkout. Full terms are available on Klarna's website.

Do you accept payment in currencies other than GBP?

All prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling. If your card is in a different currency, your bank will apply their standard conversion rate.
