How to return

Check eligibility
Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Contact us
Email hello@thebeautygrid.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. Include a brief reason. We will respond within one working day with return instructions.

Send the items back
Package the items securely and send them to the address provided. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within five working days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
Policy details
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return postage and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original delivery costs.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened hair care products cannot be returned. Gift cards, downloadable content, and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like. This ensures faster processing on both ends.
Trade account orders
Trade account returns are handled separately. Contact trade@thebeautygrid.co.uk with your account details and order number. Different terms may apply depending on order volume and product type.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we receive the goods is up to five working days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional three to five days to show the credit.
