Common questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
How do I track my order?
A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Use the link to follow your delivery in real time.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you are not in, the carrier will leave a card with instructions to rebook or collect from a local depot. Most carriers will also attempt a second delivery automatically.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us at hello@thebeautygrid.co.uk immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot redirect parcels.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.
What about bank holidays?
We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays. Orders placed on or before a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
