These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors have occurred.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within two to three working days of receipt. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we accept no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods after they have been delivered to the address specified at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@thebeautygrid.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving the returned goods.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order to which the claim relates. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
